To see a NHL game live was my dream ever since I was a little kid. So despite the quality of this photo being low, its emotional value of it for me is quite high! :)

The game and the atmosphere was awesome, I was surprised how many Canadiens fans turned up. They were sitting besides the Bruins fans, each group cheering for their teams, no fights, just fun. The only thing that could have made the night even better for me would be to see Zdeno Chara, Bruins captain and my countryman, to score.

Habs vs. Bruins
Montreal Canadiens

Well, the end results of tonight’s game between the Boston Bruins and the Montreal Canadiens weren’t favourable for any habs fan, but the game was enjoyable still.

The Bruins and the Habs have been one of the best hockey rivals for the better part of a century and tonight was a perfect example.

In an 8-6 win for Boston, 192 penalty minutes were given out, 8 goals scored in the second period alone, and 2 of the best goaltenders in the league have a fight and let more goals in tonight than they have any other game this season.

The habs have still won 3 of the 4 games they played against Boston this season though, and there are still at least 3 more games to be played between them before the season is over.

The habs have to play another game tomorrow night against the New York Islanders, I hope they aren’t too tired from tonight.
